Terms of purchase 

Bra Making Academy makes it easy, secure and free from unpleasant surprises when buying from us. By checking the box on the course's payment page, you (the student) accepts these terms and conditions for your purchase.

Withdrawal Period  

The student accepts that the purchase of this service is regulated by the Right of Withdrawal Act and that the right to withdrawal is lost from the time of delivery of material available for viewing; amounts paid as agreed upon will thus not be refunded after purchase. 

Card payment  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and other Credit Cards, through our partners Stripe, PayPal and/or the Website Host-Simplero. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card purchases are free.

Sale to minors 

If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from your guardian or legal guardian to order from us.

  Bra Making Academy is the sole owner of the information collected when a student or prospective student contacts us.   Enroll Online
  We request information from new members on our Internet enrollment form. There, a user must provide contact information and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for correspondence and billing purposes.

   Cookies for our online Learning Resources Centre
   A cookie is a piece of data stored on an individual's computer that contains information about the user. Bra Making Academy uses temporary cookies to verify that a registered student has correctly logged into our online Learning Resources centre. Once the user closes the browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a user selects the “Remember Me” option, a permanent cookie is created on the user’s system. This cookie contains only an encrypted student number and no other information.

   Cookies/Pixels for Ads
   Bra Making Academy also use a temporary cookie to record visitors who arrive on our site in response to advertisements. Third party vendors, including Google, show ads for our websites on the Internet. Sometimes, these third party vendors, including Google, also use cookies or pixels to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website. No personally identifiable information is stored and the cookies terminate after 30-90 days.    Registration Verification

Students who register for our online Learning Resource centre are sent a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will also receive communications by email.

9. Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a Member’s personal information changes, we provide a way to correct, update or remove that personal data. This can be done by contacting Bra Making Academy by emailing us at info@bramakingacademy.com.


10. Choice/Opt-out
Our members and prospective members are given notification of ‘opting-in’ to our mailing lists at the time they request information about a Bra Making Academy program. Individuals can ‘opt-out’ of any mailing list (email and/or postal mail) at any time by emailing us at info@bramakingacademy.com.
